01Who we are

This policy explains how Lunévia Aesthetics, LLC (“LUNÉVIA,” “we,” “us”), an esthetics studio based in Parrish, FL, collects, uses and protects the personal information of people who visit luneviaaesthetics.com, message us, join our waitlist or book an appointment. It applies to the website, our messages and our services at the studio.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, preferred language, the service you’re interested in, and the messages you send us through the form, WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram.

Appointment details

Service, date and time, visit history, deposits, payments, memberships, packages and gift cards.

Client record

Information about your skin, allergies, sensitivities, recent medications or treatments, pregnancy and other details we need to care for you safely, plus your signed consents. See section 4.

Website technical data

General, anonymous information about visits, such as the page viewed, device type and country, measured without cookies. See section 7.

We do not collect your Social Security number, driver’s license or bank account details.

03How we use it

• To answer your questions and manage appointments, confirmations, reminders, deposits and payments.
• To let you know when booking opens, if you joined the waitlist.
• To perform your service safely, recommend home care and follow up on your results.
• To manage your membership, packages and gift cards.
• To send news and offers, only if you’ve agreed.
• To improve our website and services using general statistics.
• To meet legal, tax and licensing obligations, and to protect the safety of our clients and the studio.

04Your client record and health

The health information you trust us with is the most sensitive, and we treat it with the greatest care:

• We use it only to decide whether a service is right for you and how to perform it safely.
• Only your specialist has access. It is kept in password-protected systems or, if on paper, under lock.
• We never use it for advertising or share it, unless you authorize it, it’s needed in an emergency, or the law requires it.

LUNÉVIA is an esthetics studio, not a health care provider, so the federal HIPAA law does not apply to our services. Even so, we apply confidentiality practices to your record that are modeled on those standards.

05Text messages and WhatsApp

We use text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp for two different purposes:

• Appointment messages: confirmations, reminders, changes and answers to your questions. We send these when you give us your number to book or when you message us.
• Promotional messages: news, offers and booking announcements. We only send these if you expressly agree, for example by checking the box on our form. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase or booking.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email info@luneviaaesthetics.com. On WhatsApp, just tell us you’d like to stop. After you opt out, we’ll only message you to confirm it or about an appointment you’ve already booked.

We do not share your phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

06Email

If you choose to receive our news by email, every message includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send emails you need about your appointments, purchases or membership.

07Cookies and analytics

To understand how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, builds no profiles and does not follow you from site to site. We do not use advertising pixels or remarketing cookies.

The Instagram posts shown on our home page are loaded through our own server. Viewing those images on our site does not connect your browser to Instagram or set Meta cookies.

When you open WhatsApp, Instagram or our booking platform, those services may use their own cookies under their own policies. If we ever add advertising or measurement tools that use cookies, we’ll update this policy first and, where appropriate, ask for your consent.

08Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with providers that help us operate, who may use it only to provide that service to us:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, the contact form and visit statistics.
• Resend: delivering form messages to our inbox.
• Google Workspace: email and documents.
• Our booking and payments platform: scheduling, reminders and payments.
• WhatsApp (Meta): messaging, under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety or, if the business ever changed hands, to whoever continues the services under this same policy.

09Payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by our payments platform with encryption and under the payment card industry security standards (PCI DSS). LUNÉVIA does not store your full card number. Zelle payments are made through your bank.

10Photos and social media

Before and after photos help us track your progress. We keep them in your record, and we only post them on the website or social media with your written permission, where you decide whether your face may be shown. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we’ll remove the images from our channels. We can’t control copies others shared before the removal.

If you tag or message us on Instagram, that interaction is also governed by Instagram’s policies.

11How long we keep it

• Client record, consents and service history: up to 5 years after your last visit, for legal and insurance reasons.
• Payment records: as long as tax laws require.
• Waitlist: if you don’t end up booking, we delete your details 12 months after opening, or sooner if you ask.
• Messages: as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our relationship with you.

After those periods, we delete the information or make it anonymous.

12Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), accounts with two-step verification, providers with recognized security measures, and access limited to those who need it. No system is infallible. If an incident ever affected your personal information, we would notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (section 501.171, Florida Statutes), as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days.

13Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete your information, except what we must keep by law (section 11).
• Stop sending you promotional texts, WhatsApp messages or emails.
• Withdraw your permission to use your photos.

Email info@luneviaaesthetics.com or call 941-577-3092. To protect your information, we’ll confirm your identity before responding. We respond within 30 days and will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

14Minors

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it. Services for anyone under 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian, as explained in our Terms and Conditions.

15Links to other sites

Our website links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and our booking platform. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

16Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We’ll post the new version on this page with its effective date. If a change is significant, we’ll also let you know by email or message.
